Winter Conditioning Session 1 meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.  Warm-up on ergs begins at 5:15am, stretch and preparation from 5:30-5:45am, and workout including abs and stretching from 5:45-6:45am.  At least one workout per week will include a weight lifting circuit.
