This program is for scullers who want to improve their rowing technique and physical fitness.  Previous experience in Club Sculling, Masters Sculling, or Sculling II is required.  New club members must be evaluated by the coach to ensure program fit.  The coach will seat rowers in varied positions in quads, doubles, and singles based on the individual's skill, conditioning, and technique so they may experience the responsibilities of each seat. 
 
Coaching will be provided M-W-F for the first two weeks for an assessment period.  The group will be offered 3 days per week based on goals and assessment: Monday-Wednesday-Saturday for more relaxed, skill improvement rowing, and Tuesday-Thursday-Saturday for more intense workouts. Saturday practices will focus on steady state rowing.  Rowers will be evaluated for skill to establish line-ups.
 
Weekday practices are from 5:30-7:00 a.m.  Saturday practices are from 6:30-8:00am.   
 
This program is limited to 25 rowers.
