Skill Level: The Sweep II program is a continuation of ACR’s Novice Sweep program and is intended for rowers with at least these programs or 1 year of Club Sweep rowing (prerequisites). Rowers will be encouraged to build on their newly-learned technique. The program is also open to more experienced rowers who wish to row in the evenings. Participation in at least two practices per week is strongly recommended.
